Because this resort often sells out, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can join us for our destination celebration, there are a few imporrant deadline dates that we ask you take note of should you decide to book your room through the group block:



















If you are planning to attend this trip, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and to make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan everything accordingly. While we have set aside a number of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

THERE ARE 3 IMPORTANT PAYMENT DEADLINE DATES
(NOVEMBER 8, JANUARY 10 AND MARCH 3)

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS NOVEMBER 8, 2024. PLEASE NOTE A DEPOSIT OF $300 ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE, OTHERWISE THE BOOKING WILL AUTO-CANCEL. IF YOU OPT FOR FLIGHTS AND/OR TRAVEL INSURANCE YOUR DEPOST REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- A SECOND DEPOSIT OF $300 ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE ON JANUARY 10, 2025. 

- THE FINAL PAYMENT ON THE REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE ON MARCH 3, 2025.

IMPORTANT: YOUR DEPOSIT COUNTS AS YOUR RSVP.
YOU MAY ESCALATE PAYMENTS OR MAKE PAYMENTS
MORE FREQUENTLY IF YOU DESIRE.

A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON IS ENFORCED ON LATE PAYMENTS MADE TOWARD THE 2ND DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT.
